Introducing Carlie

Carlie has been with Bowmore Financial Planning since December 2013, she has had many roles including PA to the Director, Senior Administrator and Admin Team Leader.

Carlie now has a hybrid role “Business Support Administrator” providing admin support to management across the business where needed, this includes project management across the back-office team, providing training and mentoring to new staff, researching new tech and integrations to incorporate with the main system database, developing and reviewing back-office processes and managing/monitoring workflow within the back-office admin team.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy developing processes and working on various projects to keep the back-office system as robust and efficient as possible.

What would you say is your best quality?

I am very approachable and happy to get stuck in, helping the team with whatever is needed.
