Introducing Charlotte

Charlotte began her career in financial services over 20 years ago after graduating from university. After working as a paraplanner for 10 years, she made the move to a financial adviser role with Hargreaves Lansdown in June 2017 and advised clients there for 8 years, helping them with their financial planning, particularly planning for retirement and helping them pay less tax. Charlotte joined Bowmore as a Financial Planner in August 2025 bringing her knowledge and experience to a new role where she can continue to help clients reach their financial goals.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Getting to know my clients and helping them plan for their future.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

Walking my dog and hanging out with my cats, baking and decorating cakes and I have been known to DJ from time to time.

One thing that is guaranteed to make your day better…

Having a coffee and a chin wag with friends or a facial.

What made you decide to do the work you’re currently doing?

A realisation that I could combine my interest in people with my interest in money.

What is one personal rule that you never break?

I never leave washing up for the morning!

What would your specialist subject be on Mastermind?

The sitcom ‘Friends’.
