Introducing Mollie

I hold a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Finance & Investment, which laid the foundation for my analytical and financial expertise. I began my career in financial services as a Tax Associate before transitioning to a high-level PA role, where I supported 12 directors. My role involves supporting scheme renewals and reviews, collecting and analysing member data, and resolving queries from both clients and providers to ensure the smooth and compliant management of each scheme. I specialise in group risk schemes and workplace pensions.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

No two days are ever the same. Each day brings new challenges, opportunities, and interactions, which keeps things dynamic and interesting.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

I enjoy baking, spending quality time with family, and travelling.

Always be kind to yourself and others.

What would your specialist subject be on Mastermind?

Orchids - after helping my partner through a season of flower shows, I’ve picked up so much that I now feel like a bit of an expert!
